This is our Privacy and Cookie Notice, and we update it regularly to fulfill legal obligations, primarily those prescribed by the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 87/2018) (the "Law"), or to improve our personal data protection system. With every amendment, we will clearly indicate the effective date of the new notice. Amendments come into force on the date specified above. We will never use or share your personal data retroactively.

2. What personal data do we process and in what way?
We collect your personal data directly from you, i.e., when you provide it to us yourself (for example, when you contact us or when you visit our website).

2.1. Data of individuals who contact us
Depending on the capacity and the reason for which you are contacting us, we may process your first name, last name, and email address (as these are fields in the contact form on our website), as well as any other data you may include in your message.
In this case, we process your data either because the processing is necessary to take certain steps at your request (prior to entering into a contract), or based on our legitimate interest (to respond to your inquiries).
You are under no obligation to provide us with this data for the specified purposes; however, in that case, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
We store the data processed for these purposes as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, and for a maximum of six months from the last communication. However, we may keep your data longer than specified if necessary to fulfill legal obligations or to protect our legal interests (for example, in court proceedings).
Furthermore, in order to prove compliance with personal data protection requirements, namely that we have informed you of all relevant aspects of personal data processing (in accordance with Article 23 of the Law), we retain data regarding your first and last name, if collected through our contact form, for two years from the last communication.

Within the Google Analytics configuration, we do not use Google signals. Data associated with events is stored for 2 months, while data associated with users is stored for 14 months, in accordance with the Google Analytics settings.

3. With whom do we share your personal data and where do we store it?
We are committed to keeping your data safe and protected. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when necessary for the functioning and security of the website, communication with you, analysis of website usage with your consent, implementation of marketing activities with your consent, fulfillment of legal obligations, or protection of our legal interests.
Depending on how you use our website and your cookie settings, data may be accessible to our authorized employees and associates, hosting, cloud, CDN, and security service providers, analytical tool providers, marketing tool providers (if used with your consent), communication and business tool providers we use to process your inquiries, as well as competent authorities when required by law.
We primarily process your data within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Our website is built and published using the Lovable platform, and cloud/CDN infrastructure, including Cloudflare, is used for website delivery, stability, security, and protection against abuse. These service providers may process technical data regarding website visits, such as IP addresses, device and browser data, logs, data on requests made to the website, and information necessary for secure and reliable website delivery.
In addition, to analyze website usage, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website, which pages they visit, how long they stay on the website, and how they reach our website. Data that may be processed through Google Analytics includes online identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser data, website usage data, and approximate location. We use Google Analytics exclusively with your consent, which you can grant or withdraw through the cookie settings.
Certain service providers we use, including Lovable, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics, may process data outside the Republic of Serbia, including the European Economic Area and/or the United States of America. In such cases, we transfer data only if there is an appropriate legal basis in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, including an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, the recipient's certification under an applicable data transfer framework, or another applicable protection mechanism.
If your domicile or residence is outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, i.e., in another country, and you contact us via the website or in another manner, your personal data may be transferred to the Republic of Serbia. In that case, the processing and transfer of data are carried out in order to act upon your request, or based on your consent when required in accordance with the Law.
4. How do we maintain the security of your personal data?
We implement technical, organizational, and personnel measures to protect your personal data from destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
Examples of technical measures include the encryption of your personal data and the regular deletion of logs. An example of other measures is that only our authorized employees have access to your data. These employees have access to your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their jobs, and they are required to keep your personal data confidential.

You have multiple rights regarding your privacy.
Specifically, you have the right to:

Our website is not intended for children, nor do we have knowledge of selling or sharing personal data of children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us through one of the methods listed above so that we can delete that data.
How to exercise your rights?
You can send your request via the contact form on our website. Depending on the type of request, we may ask for additional information necessary to process it.
You may also authorize an attorney-in-fact (proxy) to submit a request on your behalf. If you choose to do so, please ensure that you provide your proxy with written authorization to act on your behalf. Before processing the request, we will ask the proxy for proof of such authorization. We will respond to your request within the period prescribed by applicable laws.
