AI for Leaders
AI for Leaders is a four-week course for leadership teams to build AI awareness, improve decision-making, save measurable time and learn how to lead AI-native teams.

Week 1
AI mindset and setting the business context
The role of leaders in implementing AI in the company, the importance of context and identification of problems AI can solve.
You get
The mindset shift needed to lead in the AI era and a selected use-case for each leader where AI can take over something concrete.
Week 2
Saving time with AI
Automating a task that consumes time and resources (routine, boring, slow...). Our experts propose a solution, and we immediately begin implementation.

The first AI-augmented process that is already saving you time.
Week 3
Decision-making with AI
Strategic thinking with AI. We work on your real problem. You use AI to test hypotheses and simulate scenarios.

A set of principles that you can apply when you use AI to support in decision-making to get a more concrete solution/output.
Week 4
Your AI Blueprint
Sharing successful experiments with colleagues. Building an internal AI library of best practices.
You get
A map of AI opportunities specific for your context, suggested next steps and an initial ROI report.
